Rare 16-18thc Hindu sandstone Temple fragment panel of Lakshmi with traces of paint , slight loss to one corner and nose has vintage restoration. The piece retains much of its delicate detail due to impacted dirt filling all the recessed areas now mostly removed but still in some areas. Size 14" by 16" overall height 18" museum mounted on acrylic base.Provenance this came from a collection formed in the 1960s in California.
