Rare Period Napoleonic snuff or patch box St Helena with N and a royal crown on the front and Napoleon standing on shore with a ship at sea with "Ile St Helena" other wise unmarked . Depicting Napoleon's exile on St Helena island . This may have been a commemorative when Napoleon's body was taken back to France in 1840.Nice little stash box unknown metal very good spring hinge in working order. Wear from use. Size 1.6" by 1.7"
